I like cooking myself and I watch a lot of cooking programs!
Rock, mostly. 60's rock, hard rock, etc. I used to go clubbing a lot when I was younger, but not so much any more. Some of my favourite bands are Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Rammstein, Metallica, Faithless, Leftfield, Juno Reactor, Guns 'n Roses, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Sinead O'Connor, The Whip, Fatboy Slim, some local bands like Kobus, Flash Republic and Foto na Dans, Nul and Chris Chameleon, etc
I dress casually and comfortably for the most part, though I do like to dress up every once in a while. I am usually in fairly good shape (although after holidays it's usually a mission to get back into shape!). People say I look younger than I am...
A bit off-beat - one of my favourite comedians was Bill Hicks
Reading (especially fantasy and science fiction), listening to music, watching movies, debating with people - I teach English and Life Skills at a high school.
I try to travel as much as possible, and have hitch-hiked to Swaziland, from Tanzania to Kenya, caught the train from Dar-es-Salaam to Malawi, gone diving in Zanzibar, Mombasa, Mauritius… I've been to the Ngorongoro crater and gone white water rafting in Uganda. In Europe I worked in London, been to Berlin (just missed the Love Parade!), been to Edinburgh for the festival, been to Oslo, Bergen and of course - Amsterdam!
Very adaptive - South Africa is a multi-cultural society and I get along with people from different cultures, countries and beliefs.
A chalet in the woods with a view of the sunset, a fire place and a Jacuzzi with bubbles and champagne!
Passionate, with a sense of adventure and fun.
