I am often Calm, quiet and witty. Sometimes outspoken. Very intelligent and creative, having songwriting as a hobby and second career. , having songwriting as a hobby and second career. I enjoy romance in its time and place, but in my heart the romantic things to me are the small things one does to show their love. I'm middle class, that means I make only an average salary of less than $30K USD a year. Not much to travel about on a whim, but I enjoy the idea of travel, so I budget, I save and I work hard and plan ahead then best I can. This means finding someone abroad is more difficult as well. But that is a challenge to me. I am familiar with many cultures now and enjoy aspects of each one. I know the difficulty of a relationship with someone who doesn't speak English, who's culture is different and mine different from theirs. The answer is always to compromise at times and tolerate at other times. My hobbies then are based on the same ideal: do something I like that perhaps can help me be successful as well. My challenges now are simple, to get back in shape, to excel in my talents, to share my life and love with another and to provide for family and share with friends.

I've learned "consideration" is important in life. To think of the other person when making decisions is a good trait to possess. Athletic or sporty is likable, intelligence and artistic a plus. Age is important. To those who say it is not, I think age speaks for experience, and simply to be older means to be wiser and less in need of attention, material things and constant stimulation and adventure. I enjoy those all, but to be practical, those things come with a price. So, as they say, do all in moderation. I am welcomed to meet anyone of any age, only knowing that I should ask more questions regarding family, career, and relationship than of hobbies and likes.
